A Fundação Social do Trabalho (Funsat) realizou nesta quinta-feira (21) a 1ª edição de 2024 do Mutirão Emprega CG 50+, que tem por objetivo a recolocação de profissionais com mais de 50 anos no mercado de trabalho. Com a oferta de mais de 150 vagas em diversas áreas e funções, a ação na sede da Funsat somou 44 atendimentos e 38 encaminhamentos para o mercado de trabalho da Capital. 

Valci Lima Garrido, 66 anos, ficou sabendo da ação 50 + pelo telejornal, procurou a Funsat e se candidatou à mais de uma vaga. “Sou aposentada, e para ter uma qualidade de vida melhor, preciso de uma renda extra. Trabalhei 20 anos na área de enfermagem, fiz 60 anos e saí porque eu estava muito cansada e já queria mudar de área. Aqui estou vendo vaga para copeira, empacotadora ou camareira de hotel. Recebi os encaminhamentos e vou passar pelas entrevistas. Estou animada”, afirma.  

Para ela, a procura por recolocação vai além da questão financeira, principalmente quando o trabalhador tem mais de 50 anos. “Além da necessidade do salário, você cansa de ficar em casa. Chega uma hora que você não aguenta mais a rotina. Então é melhor trabalhar”, aponta Valci.

Já o aposentado Gilberto Desjardins, 76 anos, comenta que atuou como gerente comercial e financeiro de médias e grandes empresas na maior parte de sua vida profissional. “Eu adquiri muito conhecimento, mas agora não encontro um lugar onde eu possa utilizá-lo. Foram décadas trabalhando na área de vendas, conheço metade do país em função disso”, destaca Gilberto, que busca uma recolocação para complementar a renda.  

Segundo ele, conseguir uma boa oportunidade é bem mais difícil para a pessoa idosa. “As empresas não consideram a experiência que você tem. É um problema comum entre os aposentados, que precisam, mas acabam desistindo de procurar um emprego”. 

Para o aposentado, as ações de empregabilidade da Prefeitura tornam o processo muito mais eficiente para a população. “Melhorou muito. Você acompanha tudo pelas mídias, a quantidade de vagas e quando vai ter alguma ação”. 

Foram parceiros da Funsat nesta edição do Emprega CG: Supermercado Pires, Atacadão, Fort Atacadista, Funcional, Sicred, Solurb, Assaí Atacadista, Soldamaq, Shopping Campo Grande e Sertão.

Analista de gestão do Grupo Pereira (Fort e Comper), Taciane Reis frisa que as vagas oferecidas não exigem experiência dos candidatos. “Nós oferecemos treinamento e a maioria [das oportunidades] também não exige escolaridade. Hoje todas as vagas que temos aqui são abertas para o público 50 mais”, explica Taciane. 

Entre as oportunidades, repositor de mercadorias, auxiliar de perecíveis, operador de caixa e empacotador. “Temos muitas vagas e dificuldades para completar, então a Funsat ajuda fazendo essa ponte entre o grupo e os candidatos. É uma parceria que dá certo. Muitas vezes a pessoa não procura a empresa, mas vem até a Funsat e consegue chegar até a gente”.
