O MUNICÍPIO DE BONITO – MS, através do Agente de Contratação, designado pelo Decreto n° 12/2024, publicada no Diário Oficial do Município n° 08 de fevereiro de 2024, torna público, para conhecimento dos interessados, que realizará licitação na modalidade CONCORRÊNCIA na forma ELETRÔNICA, tipo MENOR PREÇO POR LOTE, NO REGIME POR EMPREITADA POR PREÇO UNITÁRIO, MODO DE DISPUTA “ABERTO”, observadas as disposições contidas na Lei Federal nº 14.133/2021, Lei Complementar nº 123/2006 e alterações, Decreto Municipal nº 140 de 08 de agosto de 2023, Decreto Municipal nº 229 de 26 de dezembro de 2023, Decreto Municipal nº 12 de 30 de janeiro de 2024, e demais legislação aplicável e, ainda, de acordo com as condições estabelecidas neste Edital e seus Anexos.
OBJETO: Contratação de empresa especializada para execução dos serviços de perfuração de Poço Artesiano no Assentamento São José, Guaicurus e Gruta do Lago Azul no Município de Bonito MS, conforme as quantidades, características e especificações descritas no Edital e anexos.
